Most physicians don’t have time to keep up with the literature related to the rapidly changing field of clinical practice. Clinical Focus’ eChartLink system is designed to solve that problem, as well as to enhance the role of Electronic Medical Records as intelligent agents for patient care.

eChartLink delivers newly published articles from the sources that each physician/user chooses, e.g. the medical journals to which they subscribe. These articles are personalized to the physician’s medical specialty and patients’ conditions so that only those sources in which a physician is truly interested – just the trusted, valid material – is delivered as email notifications to the physician’s mailbox.

eChartLink also searches for the specifics associated with each of the physician's patients, e.g., diagnosis, gender, age, medication, and can attach  full text links to that patient’s electronic medical record for relevant current medical literature, clinical trials and clinical guidelines, enabling the continuous access to  emerging research about each patient’s condition and treatment.

All information is stored in the physician's personal library for subsequent retrieval.
